JC Audio ("we", "us") makes audio plugins for macOS. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

When you download a free plugin or sign up, we collect your email address (and, if you enter it, your name). We do not handle your payment details ourselves — any paid checkout is processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, under their own privacy policy.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to count visits in aggregate — it cannot identify you.
How we use it
- To send you your download link and important information about the plugin you requested.
- To send occasional product updates and news about new plugins. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email.
We never sell, rent or trade your email or personal data to anyone.
Who processes your data
We use trusted third parties to operate the service on our behalf — our checkout / delivery provider (Lemon Squeezy) and our email service. They process your data only to provide these services.

- Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any message.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us — we'll action it promptly.
- We keep your email only until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
